For someone like me, who is not very knowledgeable about DIY and renovation, the most frustrating and scary thing is conversations with builders where a problem is presented to me, and it is up to me to manage it. Not so with UCJC, where all of the thinking and most of the worrying was done by Todor. I was never asked to manage or resolve a problem – I was only ever asked to choose between different solutions, the pros and cons of which were well explained. Another thing I liked was Todor’s personal dislike for compromising quality. When trying to find solutions that would match our financial means with the highest possible quality, it always felt like Todor is on our side – never cutting corners, never shying away from particularly challenging tasks.

We recently got our living room redone from UCJC Ultimate.  The quality of the work from the team met our expectations.  The team was very diligent in understanding our requirements and bringing them to reality.  There was no pressure in finishing things early, and much thought was given to the overall look and feel. Quite happy with the work – UCJC Ultimate will be our preferred choice for further renovations at home, and can definitely recommend them to others.

I had the great pleasure of engaging UCJC Ultimate to renovate a flat in Marylebone, which involved a total strip out and a complete redesign and build exercise.

I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism with which Tod and his team carried out the work, and the finished article would stop you in your tracks!

In addition to following the interior designer’s plans, Tod introduced some very imaginative modifications whilst “on the case”, which resulted in superb accommodation.
